Location info
Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
The hotel offers a lovely setting with spacious rooms opening onto a garden area surrounding the pool. However, the rooms appeared tired and in need of updating, and there were issues with flooding affecting the hall and below. Service was marred by excuses and impatience, but the location provided easy access to the airport and was praised for being family-friendly. Dining options were limited, and the hotel was noted for being a bit out of the way for Vancouver activities.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were large, comfortable, and modern but a bit too humid for my liking when I checked in. The service was a bit of a mixed bag – some staff members were nice and helpful, while others were rude at the front desk. The location was convenient, but a bit isolated from other amenities, although it was close to the airport. The dining experience was disappointing, and the facilities were average.
Staying in the penthouse suite alone was comfortable and spacious with two queen beds and a full bathroom. The room looked like a nice put-together hotel room, albeit a bit too old. The only downside was there was only one floor that had an ice machine.
I was thrilled with my stay at this hotel! The rooms were especially good for our large group, but a bit small and dated. The service was friendly and organized, although a tad lazy at times. The location was fantastic, especially for quick access to the airport. The dining experience was a mix – limited options but on the house due to a small issue. Overall, a great choice in a pinch!
The hotel had a comfortable and spacious room with two queen beds, but unfortunately, the wake-up call service was unreliable, and the check-in process was lengthy and inconvenient. The cleanliness left much to be desired, with some aspects being gross.
The hotel rooms were very comfortable and modern, spotless, and the bed incredibly comfortable; however, there was a funky smell like wet carpet when we entered. The rooms weren't the cleanest and appeared dated compared to the pictures. It was a short drive to the airport.
The hotel provides basic rooms, with direct access to the pool outside being a plus. The service has become friendlier and more obliging despite the long elevator wait. The location is convenient, offering proximity to the airport and various dining options like Denny's, Chop, and Shark Club. The dining experience features options purchased from the coffee shop downstairs. The facilities are adequate for a comfortable stay.
My stay at the hotel was a bit mixed. The rooms were nice, but I was puzzled by the strange locations of the light switches. We only had one bed for our family which was a downside, and the room seemed in need of some updates with visible repairs and maintenance issues. The service was a bit hit-and-miss with excuses that seemed a bit wild, but the staff did try to help. The location was convenient for some activities but far from others. The dining experience was limited, and the facilities were starting to show signs of wear.
